Now that we have a clear understanding of what our unique service position is, it’s time to define exactly who we’re serving. Ideal Client Profiles, ICP’s for short, are the lifeblood of outbound sales.

With your ICP criteria in hand, we’ll want to use a few key tools to help us identify these companies and segment them into outbound hit lists.

Knowing which companies you’ll target is just the first step. Now we’ll want to hone in on specific titles and roles within the company so that we can customize our outreach scripts to ensure a response.
